WebCodecs → Widevine DRM round-trip

Source MP4 plays in video #1. Frames are captured, re-encoded with WebCodecs, muxed into a fragmented MP4, encrypted with CENC AES-CTR using Axinom's public test KID, and played back in video #2 via MSE + Widevine EME (license fetched from Axinom's public license server). Chrome only. Localhost or HTTPS required.
